When you reach a limit
You cannot add the next one over the ceiling, and nothing is billed by surprise. There is no overage charge and no automatic upgrade: a limit is a limit, and the panel says how much room is left before you meet it.
When you stop paying
Nothing is deleted. Your account goes back to Free and keeps every product, licence and key it made. Licences past the free ceiling are paused, oldest kept and newest first to go, and the panel names exactly which. Pay again and all of them validate on the next call.
